For equity payment:

  • Contract to sell from a developer stating the contract price
  • Endorsement letter/computation sheet

For house improvement:

  • Approved building plan
  • Bill of materials and cost estimates
  • Building permit
  • Proof of ownership (photo copy of  TCT/CCT)
