This Committee has been formed to conciliate, hear and decide all intra-cooperative disputes between/among members, officers, directors and the community. It issues supplemental rules and procedures concerning conciliation processes as may be deemed necessary and subject to the approval of the General Assembly as it ensures speedy, just, equitable and inexpensive settlement of disputes within the Cooperative.
