Dr. Cueto is Physician and General Surgeon by profession. He is currently the Emergency Preparedness Officer of the Makati Medical Center (MMC) Hospital and oversees the emergency and disaster preparedness response of MMC. He also serves as a  program Consultant for the Makati Medical Center Foundation’s PPPREPARED (Public-Private Partnerships for Emergency Rescue and Response) Program He likewise holds the position of Medical Director of the Ayala Group of Companies.

Dr. Cueto finished his Doctorate degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and has pursued further studies abroad. These include Endoscopic Surgery in Cho Ray, Saigon, Vietnam in 2009, Endoscopic Surgery in Singapore in 2010 and Post Graduate Courses in General Surgery with the American College of Surgeons from 1988-2018.
